Create or edit a customer segment

On the left side of the dashboard, you will see all the existing segments you currently have.

To create a new customer segment, click '+ Add filter', and select filter conditions(The filter conditions are based on Intercom attributes). Then, click 'Save as a new segment'.

To edit a segment, choose one segment on the left side of the dashboard, change filter conditions, then click 'Save segment'.
