Show customer health score in your Intercom Inbox

In your Intercom Inbox, you can see a list of conversation details to the right of your conversation. To show a customer's health score there, click 'Customize':

Click '+ Add more', and then click 'CustomerHealth for Intercom':

Now you can see the health score and health trend of the customer in current conversation:
