Share customer health via Slack
You can share the health of a customer or a segment via Slack. To do that, make sure you first connect your Slack account. Click your avatar on the bottom left of the dashboard, and click 'Integrations'. Then click 'connect' in the Slack integration box to connect your Slack account.
Once your Slack integration is set, go back to dashboard.
To share the health of a segment, pick a segment from the dashboard, click the vertical dots on the right side of the segment name, then click 'Share'. Then you will be able to pick a Slack channel, write comments, and share.
To share the health of a customer, pick a customer from the dashboard, click the share icon on the top right of the customer page. Then you will be able to pick a Slack channel, write comments, and share.
